It was not difficult to take off weight over the last 20 years, but especially at 74 years old, it never stayed off for a very long period of time. On November 7, 2008 I started working with my nutritionist, Tiffany. At first Tiffany presented me with an outstanding notebook that included all of the foods that were on my very structured and specific diet, including many wonderful meal plans to help me start my diet again. In addition, Tiffany accompanied me to the supermarket where she helped me choose items that I liked that fit into the plan.
My weight came down very gradually and in a healthy manner. Meals were interesting and filling. My history of binge eating was over! There was no question in my mind that I had excellent choices to make and that they would be totally satisfying.
I not only lost 25 pounds but I feel better that I have in a long time. I am comfortable and satiated. My weight has not fluctuated more than 2 pounds since reaching my goal. I have confidence in the tools that Tiffany has given me to permanently maintain my weight.

Shannon has lost 45 pounds and 19.5 inches to date! Here is what she had to say about her first month with Scottsdale Nutrition Coach:
Weight has always been an unfortunate struggle for as long as I can remember. For the majority of my adult years I have been overweight. For a very long time I shrugged it off knowing that I neither had the time or energy to deal with it. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have caring friends and family who kept encouraging me to lose weight but in a healthy way. However, I was so lost as to which avenue to turn to, as so many times I had tried very hard, lost weight by either starving myself or spending every waking moment exercising, and then regained it all only to start back from a horribly frustrating square one.
However , I had a dear friend who, like me, also had struggled with weight issues and recommended Tiffany & Luke to me. I was and am so very happy to have found such a great nutritionist. Although it can be very scary to get on a scale in front of anyone, or to discuss weight matters period, Tiffany’s kindness and support makes a very complicated issue very simple, and she is simply a joy to work with.
